why they added that souds of fights from B-like kung fu movies?
Imagine the discipline instilled in those kids. Amazing
@1309mw good documentary but i can’t see the subtitles. do you know what the name of it is so i can have a proper look for it? no disrespect intended i just want to understand what there saying.
That is some straight up, mortal kombat kung fu. I would love to learn the mystical kung fu, “Tong gi gong.”
cool i wish i lern this too
one of those kids will fuck up any wanna be gangster in the U.S
@boosomentity That’s like saying winning a gold medal in the Olympics is child’s play to anyone who has conditioned their bodies, really easier said than done.
@boosomentity u dum dum, martial arts here is not to be used for combat. Their monks, remmeber that.
@boosomentity because its a tradition. It’s their heritige and culture, thats why they still learn these skills.
By you logic all martial arts are obsolete as its not going to protect you against a fire arm. But thats not why people train in martial arts these days.
those kids would fuk me up!
@boosomentity they dont train with gunz cuz what happens when you run out of bullets huh? and they dont train whith knives cuz they dont have to, they got enough physical force to beat up anyone. face it , their training is the best in the world.
@bistander spring steel maybe?
@spamllpitdept ever get a paper cut? that’s gonna be a really deep paper cut
@5441M check out fight science. balancing on spears is down to weight and muscle control, anyone with the right physique can do it. breaking those iron bars is child’s play to anyone who has conditioned their bones, Shaolin is obsolete! martial arts is the way of interpretation and adaptation in the practices of physical and mental combat. what is the relevance of Shaolin in our day? why dont they practice with guns or knives real threats to the human body? because the institution would disolve
i read “But im not putting up with it. Comments are disabled”
thats why
Those swords look very thin and flimsy and bend easy. Are these the same type of swords they used in ancient battlefields in china or is this basically just a “show sword” used to demonstration only?
@MrGuitarMang i know right…i was talking about this one kid to a girl.and she was like well he knows MMA so i wouldnt mess with him if were u…bahahahah..she doesnt know that i probably train a lot more than he does. and could still beat em up
MMA fighters have the experience and more “advanced” combat techniques. Monks have the devotion and many many hours of training. Imo it comes down to the environment and individual. In the octagon, the MMA fighter would win, in a street fight, the shaolin. And of course, there are average shaolin and exceptionally good shaolin, just like there are bad MMA fighters and theres Fedor.
So comparing them is pretty hard.
HAHAHA jag blev så förvånad när jag såg svensk text ^^
@1309mw indeed this video is really good =D
Amazing.
I for one am thankful you uploaded this. Thank you for sharing knowledge
are you aware the level of expertise that it would take in order to be able to even get inside the shaolin temple let alone train with them? Bruce lee even said it was nearly impossible for him to enter a temple and he was actually persecuted by members of the temple he studied with for teaching it. shaolin monks are the most deadly fighters in the world but they are tought to never use it unless in defense.
@PirateJahBoy
Because a lot of young people think that if they learn MMA they are invincible. I get a humorous laugh out of it…
Id so hire one of these guys if i had a kabab store.. imagine how fast they could make that
