Originally the area was the home of a lunatic asylum where unspeakable medical acts were performed on patients. In 1979 the Asylum was closed but many still report seeing a woman in a window, moving from room to room.

Narrator just drank some whisky i can relate to that probably the directror gives her the whisky b4 she narrates this OK GIVE HER THE WHISKY and once she drinks it her voice is all raspy AND ACTION and there u go u have that voice

I just visited the “Athens Lunatic Asylum” and it is a really really excellent haunt.
The video plays on our imagination which spooks us all a little bit and that is the fun of it.
One of the workers confirmed with my friend that when she started working there in the mid 1990s that she saw the shakles and even straw on the floor where the patients were apparantly locked up for “bad” behavior.

@jdhobbes Maybe the girl (before she died) explained to her friends about the supernatural happenings. then when the girls friends were interviewed about the girls death , they explained to the investigators about the girls paranormal experience. lol. does that make sense?
